At Sim Race Webshop B.V., we want to ensure your racing setup is perfect, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all electronic components and hardware. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all seals intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via the returns portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive your RMA authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Hardware

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes, ensuring all cables, manuals, and mounting hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the electronics are in original working condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
